Governor Appreciates Children Paintings on Transjakarta Bus

Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan appreciates children with special needs for the paintings that has been made to beautify one unit of Transjakarta bus. Moreover, this painting is themed "Ibuku Perempuuan Tangguh" (My Mother is a Tough Woman).

Jakarta belongs to all and it must facilitate all of its residents

He said, he admired the beautiful colorful paintings on Transjakarta bus body that has been made to commemorate Kartini's Day 2018.

"We are highly appreciate their parents who have educate them well," he expressed in inauguration event at City Hall, Tuesday (4/24).

He added, this unique Transjakarta bus will not only make Jakarta roads become attractive, but it also informs that Jakarta belongs to all and everyone must be facilitated and must have a chance to be a part in Jakarta development.

"Their masterpiece brings an important message for all Jakartans that Jakarta belongs to all and it must facilitate all of its residents," he stated.

For information, 10 children with special needs have dedicated their paintings to decorate Transjakarta bus that will be operated in Corridor 1 (Blok M-Kota).
